Technical Support by Wechip：How to upgrade rockchip android tv box through USB

Before upgrade, please ask the firmware and tool from your supplier.

Step 1, Open the Factory Tool.
Step 2, Input the firmware.
Step 3, Input a sticker to the av hole, once you hear a click , just hold it.
Step 4. Connect the box to your computer with a two usb cable (Maybe there are 2 usb ports or more on your box , but only one usb port on the box works).
Step 5, When you can see the box connected to the computer, click start button, then it works on installing.
Step 6. Once it successed. Click the stop button.

Now you success in re-installing the firmware to your box.
