This is "Mufti" Abu Layth speaking...just be aware he is considered unorthdox in his understanding, he is extreme liberal in his interpretations and fatwas. For example he believes in permissibility of homosexuality + mastrubation, he denies Jesus return and dajjal, these are only few examples why he is considered deviant. He is a extreme rationalist and tries to explain away miracles of Quran and Hadith - which personally i fimd odd like how he can acknowledge ALLAH but then seems to think that same Allah as a All-Powerful Being cant manipulate his own Laws of Nature/Universe ?

Keep in mind the speakers views are in tune with the Ahmadiyya narrative ie: no such things as miracles, all things from Quran must be considered with worldly applications and laws of nature etc.
