I respectfully disagree with one of your statements. India won't be considered as an aggressor like Russia if it attacks Pakistan. The reason is because Russia has had bitter relationships with the west unlike India. Western countries die to invest in India today because of our massive population and big market. So There isn't a whole India or Pakistan at the moment of Independence. There were lots of PRINCELY STATES at that time. They had option to join in India or Pakistan. And blah blah know this thing

KASHMIR didn't want to join India or Pakistan and want to remain as an independent state.

There wasn't any AKHAND BHARAT at all. Coz lots of kings are rulling, fighting and living independently. So it'll be wrong if we tell there's a complete region under one rule. So it didn't belong to Pakistan nor India.

When Pakistan attacked Kashmir it wasn't part of India. And Pakistan occupied some area which is know as POK. After that when Kashmir seek help from India, Kashmir got help at the cost of it's merger with India.

Even At that time one nation attacked another and occupy area and adding it to it's rule.

So in that sense Which areas captured by Pakistan before the merging of Kashmir with India those area weren't taken from India but Kashmir.

After merging the remain area should be called Kashmir and the remain area are India's.

From this whole scenario we can tell that POK was taken by Pakistan from Kashmir(before merging) not India.
POK was never taken from India.

But yah was a responsibility of INDIA to support Kashmir because it seek help.

Am I wrong? Pls clarify. I don't want to live in confuse state.


And yah I forgot to tell that KASHMIR's king wasn't a good king to it's people. So his dicission may/may not welcome by it's people. As UN said it's completely upto it's People if they want to merge with INDIA / PAKISTAN/ remain an Indipendent country.
