Fasting for fat lose is ✅.
It depend on also calorie deficit. Increase protein and decrease carbs.
A normal person should take 0.8g protein according kg of your weight daily.
If u are 100kg you should take 80g protein daily. 1.6 to 2.0 for muscle builders
