On "My Car Story" we're in Barrington IL at The Barrington Car Show on 7-3-14.

We're looking at a 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda 426 Hemi Cuda Barracuda Convertible. According to Owner John Murray he has had the car since 2001, and his car took 3 years to restore. When asked why this car, he shared, "It's the Holy Grail of Muscle Cars." Sounds and looks good to me.

This guy did an amazing job restoring this car to look 80% like the real thing.  The painted on decals really gives it away though.  That engine looks great, but someday the person who finds the Superbee and goes to restore it would be looking for that engine.

There was a little difference in hemi engines pre 70 they had solid lifters and 70-71 they had hydraulic lifters.

I feel that featuring this fake Hemi ‘Cuda on your channel was a mistake...you can do better.

The white on the sides ruins it. Makes it look too Grandma. Would look a thousand times better all Sassy Grass.
