Apple just recently announced the new iPhone 5S, though some argue it doesn’t really bring that many improvements over the iPhone 5. Nonetheless, just how well does this newer model do compared to HTC’s giant, the One? That’ll be up for you to decide. Let’s take a look, shall we?

I have returned the Note 3 and LG G2 and gone back to my iPhone 5s. However, I picked up the One today and I love it so much I put my 5s up for sale already. The One is as perfect as it gets in every category IMO. The only slight complaint I have is the power button located up top and thats about it. Its an excellent phone with the best display Ive ever seen.

I've had the One for a month and gotta say this is the best phone I've owned. I'm a previous iPhone 5 user and S2, and this phone is just gorgeous. The UI is great, the screen is amazing, the sound is out of this world for a smartphone: watching Youtube adds another dimension other phones can't. Most of it, it just feels nice in the hand.

HTC one in some ways is so fucking awesome. The speakers for example, amazing. I couldn't believe the sound coming out of those things for a phone ... And the screen, perfect size, not too small like iphone or too big like Galaxys, and with the most pixel density at 1080p at only 4.7 inches.  But the one is not the fastest phone, on the the android side the Nexus 5 beats it in that regard, but the one is still the best in build quality, display, speakers and sexyness.

Hello, folks! Look here. I own the HTC One and let me tell you. It is a joy to have. I have absolutely no stress owning and operating this fine piece of hardware. I'm all about quality and don't take too well to companies cutting corners to save costs. I can confidently say that the HTC One has been manufactured very well with no indication of corner-cutting. When they built this phone, they were sincere and inclined to detail.

If you want a durable and reliable, efficient and fun mobile experience, go with the HTC One. You will not be sorry. Do your own research (like I did) and I guarantee the hype of buying the Galaxy or iPhone will diminish. Be wise and get the HTC One.

As someone who loves music I'm interested in knowing when you transfer music tracks from iPhone to HTC one. Is there lower Audio volume like there was with the samsung gs3 I had

I had the iPhone 5 as well. Gave it to my wife and pickd up the blue HTC One at Best Buy. I almost returned it the same day cause I've just been so use to iOS... My friends that have Android phones told me it will definitely take some time getting use to it... I hope I like it cause I definitely like the way the phone looks at least.

I really enjoyed my experience with the HTC One. Thoroughly enjoyed using this device. Iphone 5S was very disappointing for me, I was expecting much more. Maybe the Iphone 6 will deliver but let's see. It will be a tough call as android just keeps getting better and better and is currently much more versatile than ios.

A good comparison would be about special features, which has the loudest speakers, battery life, quality of the phone, and how the phone feels in the hand

It's not just about supporting RAM greater than 4GB. Read Anandtech's highly technical review of the 5S, specifically page 4. Potential to use more than 4GB is just one of them. Apple just moved to this new 64-bit ARM first, but it'll be coming to everyone next year.

I've been back and forth with iOS and Android for years, so I'm quite familiar with both OS's. You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your HTC One so I would definitely take advantage of that to get used to everything Android has to offer.
