Well this video was useless. I need to change which hard drive it boots from, but my only boot priority options are Blu-ray drive, CD/DVD drive, or the wrong hard drive. How do I select the correct hard drive?

Its not that simple, you cant just change the order with multiple drives. You still need to change boot priorities.

This Bios is the biggest piece of shit ever - trying to get this thing to boot from my new SSD and I’m getting nowhere - in every PC I’ve ever had you go change the boot priority and bam.

the only problem is that the option with the CD is the only available option for me. I can errase it, but when i go to defaults that's the only option still. I can't add the HDD which is what i want to boot from. and booting from the p:2 override, a.k.a the CD option, gives me the death screen.

What if my disk is not in the list of boot priority icons? When I press F8, the list of Harddisks is
DVD, empty, empty, empty HD 2, HD 3, HD1. So the disk I want to boot from is on last place and I am desperately searching, how to get it on first place. Selecting HD1 from the boot menu will boot correctly but on next boot, the same problem. Your video only covers the trivial case where no help is needed. I am equally angry about the ASUS programmers that made this so difficult. For me they are a bunch of apes that are not able to program a user friendly bios.
