5:36 *The third footage* is creepy but not haunted because CCTV cameras use night vision which emit lights to capture the video! But in nighttime the camera quality drops because of usage of night vision hence the person recorded in clip teleports as camera is unable to capture fast moments! Agar wahan koi animal bhi hota toh woh bhi teleport hota huva nazar ata, it's just like real life mein se kuch frames ko hata diya gaya ho jo camera mein teleport hone jaisa lgta hai!
I hope you guys understood! These types of clips are studied and are normal! Not haunted at all!

As per my thoughts, the alien figure can be a human who escaped from a lab. A lab where experiments on humans take place and it could be a research sample who ran off from the lab to survive but ended up dying in the extreme cold weather. Because it can be quite possible that these types of places exist where they experiment on humans to get some good genetic variants I mean who knows
