This really works. Thank you so much. I was going to buy new AirPods. Guys just Press down on the reset button until you see the amber light twice. (White light, amber light, white light, amber lights, let go of reset button). I tried this multiple time with just (white light and amber light) and it didn’t work.

This doesn’t work… I just got new AirPods and I’ve tried this over and over, even forgot the device and reset connections, but only one AirPod ever works and the blinking orange light never goes white. Help???

The ear detection on my right AirPod was not working. This fixed it. Thank you so much!

If that doesn’t help try the following. Got my replacement that wouldn’t connect even trying the advice in this video — light would not change to white. Leave both AirPods in the box charging for 20-30min (advice from another video). Try steps in this video — finally worked for me.

To those who try and it stays solid white then flashes green at u when you try to reset it, press the buttom a couple times fast and hold, repeat till the white light flashes then just hold till its orange

what work for me is holding the button for a longer period and waiting for it to flash orange 2 separate times like the video mentioned. Thank you Handy Hudsonite!

Thank you soooo much. Number 5 helped me connect my AirPods. Perfectly by sliding the volume up and down and partially turning off my phone. Then they automatically connected to my iMac and offered me 6 months of AppleMusic. I am over the moon, because I have been trying to connect my AirPods for over 3 weeks. Thank you once again.
