Hi recently i have updated the firmware to v01.00.00300 for my aircraft. I faced an issue with this new update as when i was to try out the new firmware. I realized that my gimbal was not working as the status shown na and i was not able to manipulate the gimbal tilting at all. Initially, it works perfectly alright before the update but now i wasnt able to fix it as i have tried a number of ways such as factory reset, downgrading the firmware as well as refreshing the latest firmware. All wont help as during the updating process, the loading bar stucked at 76% forever until i used up all 3 batteries. I have also tried to refresh my rc update, it completes but my problem persists ( Gimbal status NA). Could dji do something about it?

Mavic Air battery appears to discharge when installed in shut down aircraft more than out of aircraft. Should aircraft be stored without battery to avoid drain?

Hey guys, I have flown the Air fine until a new update came around and now when I try to update from the DJI 4 app on Android is not giving me the update. The app does the update check and it says its fine but once I enter the app it displays that the drone can not take off and it shows ''battery signal error''. I have tried downloading the DJI Assistant 2 and manually update to V01.00.0300 but once it gets to 100% it says ''battery power level must be greater than 50%. Recharge battery and retry''. All 3 batteries were fully and I have tried multiple times. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

My drone flips over and favors one side upon take off... I have sent it in for repair 10 times... never fixed or learned what the issue is. They just keep sending me "replacement drones" and those replacements don't fly either. This is sad

This last update is completely fucked, you have to un plug, plug, turn off, turn on, turn off, unplug,   plug and than your just fucking stuck. So frustrating ,
