Thanks man, went on a quad rally last weekend but my cam was dead so only still shots.
I haven't put any new mods on it yet, may change the clutch springs so I don't have to put it in low so often, I find it will spin the belt easly in the deep mud holes if you don't.

I test drove the xmr 650 its bad ass and the dealer said the 650 has as much horsepower now as the 800 when it first released so thats enough for me and I love the throttle response its very snappy I dont need to go 70 plus miles per hour on a 4x4 I have a brain I use it so im definitely getting an xmr I wouldn't even think about buying a ditch pickle or a polaris I think they are built cheap as hell and I have driven both and hondas straight axle rear ends scared me away all though very reliable as people say

Maybe, but I didn't have to add anything to mine but the winch and the warranty covers everything, good luck trying to get warranty if your add on snorkels leak. As for the Mudville tires, yeah they're no silverback but at least I won't have to upgrade my axles.

just got 3 of these, cant wait to take em for a ride

I like the mudzillas, don't get me wrong though, the silverbacks are a better tire but so far, I've been very happy how these are working in the mud and skeg which is what most of the riding in northern alberta is.
If I had the money to blow, I'd have gone with the 1000 as well but I'm more than happy with the 650 and I didn't have to spend any more on snorkels, rad relocation and tires that I would have had to get if I'd gone with the regular 1000 like the previous poster suggested.

I hate to say it but I didn't ride it at all this summer due to life getting in the way. lol yes it came with the black and grey key and strangely, the grey was my fast key, I had them fix it on my 10 hr tune up. Going to be doing some riding this fall I hope!

No mudding videos yet? Thanks for sharing this! I really want an xmr and the 1000 is so expensive. Is it pretty powerful ? How do those tires do in water, mud, skeg, etc?

I like the mud Zillas, I've got regular Zillas on my XP but the mud Zillas are noticeably better through the mud.

I will, is there anything you'd like me to hit on or comment about it?
Took it on a atv rally last weekend, it preformed very well, raced my buddies 850xp and killed him, in his defence, he did just put 30's backs on it.

I have owned my outlander since 2006 new and im just asking is it better to go with the 800 instead of the 650 xmr I like mostly trail riding but I have had a lot of deep mud to get through up north no snorkels so I flooded my cvt out just pulled the drain plug but with that being said which would you go with xmr or regular outy

It has 28's on it from factory so the 29.5 would fit without spacers but I'd put them on anyway as the a arms are at almost no angle with me on it. I'll probably put som outlaws on it for next summer.

Stephen Saucerman you have to clutch it if you want to put anything bigger then 28s
