I believe you used the wrong file. You should have used Source Countries - New Applications and Extensions Approved for Temporary Residents by Month file for which the total TR that were approved or extended were 4.3 million (still a big number).

I need your thoughts on my current situation.

I joined company A on June 2023 while I am studying for the one year Post Graduate Certificate Programme. The Comapny A agreed to support me in ONIP in my inetrview. I applied for PGWP in September 2023. Unfortunately, company A sold their operations and employees to Company B. Company B mainly operated in Qubec, and they incorporated Limited Partership in Ontarion in November 2023 and acquired all staff to that company B. I got an ONIP invitation under the International Student Scheme, and now company B is refusing to provide an employer form since they are not in operation for 3 year and no revenue for Ontario Limited Partnership. All revenue goes to Qubec company.

Can I know if there is a way to proceed with an appointment with ONIP in the current situation?

Hi there, I have a question about managing my Indian business while working in Canada on a closed work permit. What should I know to ensure I'm complying with all regulations? Hi Kubeir, I recently received an email stating that my brother's Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) application was #withdrawn due to being marked as a #duplicate. Neither my brother nor I took any actions to submit a #duplicate application or withdraw the original one. We are unsure how this situation occurred and need clarification on why the application was flagged as a duplicate and withdrawn without our consent.

I would like to request an #investigation to determine if this was due to a #technicalerror or #systemglitch. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on how to have the original application reinstated or, if that is not possible, what steps need to be taken to move forward with the process. Your assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated.

Hi, I received the ITA back in March this yr since then. I had my biometrics done, but there was an issue with medical, which is now sorted. Now, what is the next step? Will it be a background check ? Or will I be getting a passport submission request?

Also, if you can shed some light on if someone had an overstay history in another country, how does this affect the decision under express entry.

Hi Kubeir, thank you as always for creating videos! I have a question, if you could take a few minutes to answer, I’d be greatful. I only trust you and no others immigration company. I think many people are in my situation and this question may help many. I applied for wp extension and applied for BOWP before I got the result for the extension, being in implied status. I asked you last time so I know I cannot work after the rejection of my extension.

Now, I just want to know what would my status be after the rejection of my extension? Can I stay in Canada until I get a decision on my BOWP application? And would I be able to accept my COPR as I believe you have to declare that you are in canada and your status too?

My application file is in AIP pool.. my settlement plan is shared and my employer has already filed for my endorsement.. it’s been more than 4 months I haven't 😢 get any response from AIP ..My profile submitted under Assistant Restaurant Manager not food service supervisor.. when I follow up with my employer they said currently AIP office has put a pause on food service industry… please help me and let me know is their any possibilities for getting the PR or what need to be done from my end 🙏🏻🙏🏻
