Please my fiancee just had his k1 visa interview at the US embassy in Algiers. We were refused due to 221g and placed in administrative processing. His charge was a misdemeanor theft from 15 years ago. No legal issues since. The other misdemeanor from the same incident was criminal association because there were 3 people involved. 18 and 20 years old at the time. He made a mistake and learned from that. Works 2 jobs and has never been in trouble since. The consolate did not recommended a waiver. I have no idea what going to happen now?? We are devastated.

Hello Sir: I want you to please clarify something for me. I live here in the US over five years now. I am a lawful permanent resident. In 2023 April I filed in for my wife along with my two step kids as riders. During that period of time I was 4 years and couple of months. Now I’m over 5 years and want to apply for my US citizenship but the attorney who did my wife paperwork is saying that I should wait until my family come to the US before doing my citizenship. Now my fear is that, I don’t know the actual year my wife gonna be approved for visa and My green card will be expiring in 2028 . The attorney further told me that if I apply for my citizenship, that means I will have to re-file for my wife . Meaning I will be starting the process all over again. I need your thought on this please. Thanks!

Good morning-
Can you handle cases in Florida? My father in law is from Cuba and once he got here in the 80s (while his immigration paperwork was being processed) he was convicted of a felony drug offense. Seems like the immigration process stopped after that point. He now has his work permit, but he wants to obtain his green card and/or citizenship. He asked me for assistance but i dont want to subject him to potential deportation as you described in your video.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hello, I met a really sweet and nice 45 yr old lady (im 50) that was deported 20 yrs ago because she accepted to cross a vehicle that had 8 kilos of cocaine. If I marry her is there a possibility that she may be allowed back into the us as a permanent resident, thank you so much- Jesse
