I wasn't born a Sigma. There are a few Sigma traits I have always had. During my teenage years I had a few "friends" that took advantage of me. I learned from these mistakes and adopted a few more of these traits. In my 20's I struggled with women. Mostly because I had this screwed up idea about how I was supposed to be and act. Mostly because I didn't have a proper male influence. Since my dad took off when I was young. In my late 20's I started being more of the lone wolf. As I entered my 30's I enjoyed my alone time. It allowed me to think and be far more self aware. I got married and had 2 children. In my mid 30's I separated from my wife. I stay in my kid's lives and am still a big influence on them. I am still friends with the ex-wife. I dated a girl I knew as a teenager for a short time. This is when I was finally able to see where I was going wrong. I did some research and realized what I was doing wrong. But while it was all going on. I had a bit of a mental snap. I finally pushed myself to where I needed to be. I would work on myself and ignore everything else. I found the Sigma inside myself. I don't settle for less than what I want. I have a few friends. But all above stay to myself. I like it this way.

Hm, this is a legitimate personality trait that most people apparently don't possess. Looks like the mainstream is trying to drag 'Sigma' as a trend, rather than looking at it for what it really is. It's quite ironic & absurd actually. True sigmas don't claim to be sigma & would prefer to stay off the spotlight. No ego stroking needed, as sigma men know their worth and potential.

They are actually a very happy man being alone. They are kind hearted & generous but displays an image of cold, distant & happy being alone walking on the beach. He is very tough not just physically but mentally & emotionally as well. No words would humiliate or hurt them. You insult & demean them and they will just say "thank you very much" with a big smile on his face. He loves his job very much because aside from earning money, he gets insulted everyday. He told me that he feels so happy inside every time he gets insulted because he's self aware that not an ounce of hurt when being insulted. He almost has no feelings. What kind of a person that enjoys being ridiculed & insulted but he pretended that his feelings was hurt to get the sympathy of the public but deep inside he was happy and that's why he will overcome obstacles along the way.

Great video. It explains me pretty perfectly.
A lot of the characteristics I have, I also had as a boy.
I believe we develop and become who we are
based on how we grow up in childhood, and also
on the experiences as young adults. Then who
we are becomes more magnified as we get older.
I have known who I am for a very long time, but to
hear it said out loud puts a clearer picture on it.

It seems so ironic to me that everything that I have ever excelled at are Military arts! When I am alone my ability at combat arts is impressive, small arms work hand to hand combat, ky diving, tactical driving, etc is always beyond expectation but when having to work in a group or when being critiqued everything falls apart, WTF?!

This video 😍 😍😍 wow if feel a sense of healing and love when ever I watch these videos especially when I need to recharge ....I no longer feel insignificant and alone wish you could share more on how to succeed in business and finance because I feel because I have not yet mastered my sigma superpowers I struggle alot in business and finance ....am not the get employed and earn 30days later kinda of person and even worse I can't work in a space that deviates from my principles or aspirations so I rather be self employed love others yes but I mind my own when I am truely alone
