This song helped me survive the heartbreak of being dumped by my fiancée on new years eve of 2010. To then add pain to injury she told me she had already hooked up & had been sleeping with a new guy.
That new years eve was the loneliest moment of my life, I am a tough grown man, yet I sat on the floor of the 5 star hotel Id booked for us, ultimately all alone, crying my eyes out for hours.

Fast fwd ten years I am now married to a far superior woman who is not just my wife, she is also my soulmate. Ironically what was a terrible time turned out to be the biggest blessing, had I not been dumped I would not have met my wife.

I have never heard such a song well put from the soul as to touch me inside as the way this piece of music does .... reminds of a MY brother that I lost in 2010 he was 12 months younger than and ithink of him every day it still ... or I have not healed yet

I can only listen to this song when I have the right moment to myself to reflect, it's powerful to me, for my own reasons which r deep. My brother asked me to buy this album and dedicated this purticular one too me many yrs ago. It breaks me to know I could give him light, he still in the darkness.

One of the most gut wrenching tracks in my life. Lost too much in such a short time. Two children and the love of my life.... it never goes away. They didn't make it, she did and left me because of I became "crazy" I've had to take the weight since. It never gets better..
