Glad I found this. I’ve made a list of these books and I know I will read at least some of them. I have read “The Grapes of Wrath” when I was only 16. I had just come to the US not speaking a word of English. I read the book with a dictionary on hand. Not easy, but by time I was finished I spoke English. 😊
