If the question asker would actually listen to what Conrad said, Eric has always said the idea of the nwo was Scott and Kevin having been mistreated by WCW, going to WWE becoming big names and coming back to destroy WCW. Conrad argued that the fans didn't care the former Diamond Studd and Vinnie Vegas were here, the fans were all thinking Diesel and Razor had been sent by Vince and were invading WCW.

I think it’s in the context of Eric claiming the nwo angle was Scott and Kevin disgruntled about how they were used in WCW in the early 90s. Eric claims this so he can claim that it wasn’t them pretending they were still signed to WWF.

Conrad never said that. He offered a few opinions on how it could have been even better, and Eric said he agreed with them. What they disagreed on was that Eric said the invasion worked because Hall and Nash were former WCW guys coming back for revenge, Conrad said the fans didn't care about that, they cared about two WWF guys invading the enemies territory.

I'd love to know Conrad's schedule. He records like 9 shows a week, all over 2 hours long and he does all the research, plus his does Ad Free Shows stuff and he has a real life job too. Dude must not sleep.
