Chinese Views on the Biden Administration’s China Trade Policy

U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai’s speech at CSIS kicks off the bilateral component of the Biden administration’s China trade policy. How is Beijing likely to react? What are prospects for the trade relationship in the coming months and years?
