absentee voting is very different from mail in voting. To get an absentee ballot to vote you must request it, and prove who you are. Mail in voting, they just send hundreds of thousands of ballots out to prior voter roles without validating the roles, or verifying the people who sent ballots in. This is how the democrat party plans to use mail in voting to get the result they want.

I admire that American were helping China and wanted to see changes in China in the past decades. But in 2020, China Joe is still having such dream that China will change a bit. That's not stubborn, that's stupid.
