Who doesn't love cheap hiking gear?

Well... specifically cheap BUT genuinely useful items. They're the hidden gems!

I've found some great additions to my loadout over the years, and they each cost me less than $50 (prices in AUD).

As seen in the video:
1 - Buff Coolnet ($40)
2 - BRS 3000 Stove ($28)
3 - FlextailGear Tiny Pump ($35)
4 - A USB 3-In-1 charging cable ($20)
5 - Merino Socks (Bridgedale $45).

But I've got some extra suggestions for you which you can find in my latest video (linked to this short 🔗).

Good hiking gear doesn't have to be expensive. Comment your favourite piece of cheap but useful hiking gear and let's make a list!

Mylar emergency blanks are pretty good to lay under mattress or in a pinch of you're cold and they weigh nothing.
