That was the greatest TV moment of the decade... I'm not even a huge Star Wars fan but I definitely understood the importance and impact of Luke Skywalker growing up all they way to this moment. I saw grown men cry. What an amazing moment

That's not the first time they did that. Lucas did the same thing with Vader's true identity as Luke's father. Only a few people knew; not even David Prowse or the other actors knew about it. When James Earl Jones was told to voice the line, even he couldn't believe it, and Mark Hamill was told to keep it a secret.

Katee has total class in this interview clip… she could’ve swore like a sailor in her reaction of seeing the appearance of Luke Skywalker, with Dave lying to her… but she didn’t… I love her even more as Bo Katan and as herself… classy lady, Katee, you are! ❤️
