UX Writing 101: How to Write for an App

What? Gojek actually has writers for its app?? That’s right. UX Writers Izzati and Bunga are here to give a crash course on UX Writing 101! They’ll talk about the principles of UX Writing and how they’ve applied it in the Gojek app. When it comes to conveying a message in the app, we can’t just write stuff down and call it a day. We have to make sure that it’s understandable for the users and consistent throughout the app. See how Izzati and Bunga came up with some of the messages you see in our app!

It's interesting to see how these two delivered the explanation <3 anyway, I have a question. What exactly does the recruiter want to see in the portfolio of UX writers? I mean, if we don't have the experience of writing for an actual app, could it just be any writings of us, in any platform? (such as writing for an article, blogspot, etc.?) Thank you in advance :)

When you write, how much thought do you put in for other languages e.g BI. Like "This makes sense in English, but will it sound right in BI?"

Clear, concise, straighforward mungkin lebih mudah dilakukan tanpa menyisipkan poin helpful dan personality. Dan startup lain sudah banyak yg mulai melakukan. Salah satu kelebihan Gojek dibanding app lain ya itu tadi, setiap copy pasti disisipin voice dan tone yg sesuai dengan pengguna.

Mau tanya kak, setelah rilis, apakah pernah mengganti sebuah copy pada app, karena tau kalau ada copy yg kurang dimengerti pengguna?
