Witch Doctor vs Yeti BattleBots Breakdown

Obviously Yeti is one tough robot, so we knew it was going to be all about reliability and who can last longest...

*** SPOILER *** You saw Witch Doctor smoke and eventually lose drive so we discuss what really happened during our match with Yeti and what we do to prepare for our next match!

It's very cool to see the camaraderie between opposing teams, with signing parts of eachother's robots. Witch Doctor (and Shaman) are definitely in my top 5 favorites. Looking forward to seeing more from Witch Doctor this season !

The stress testing probably should include reversing then forwards at max throttle, and pushing against a wall to simulate a push fight. Driving constantly around forwards lets the motors spin and cool themselves, and isn't really stressing them as the bot already has momentum.

Hopefully those issues are fixed, as component burnout during battle is never fun!

You should replace the ribcage with flat armor. Yeah, it looks cool, but because there is space between them, it is practically saying, "aim for me". Since there is space between them, it provides a place for a blade to get in there and gain traction to rip the ribs straight off.
