Total body tension & Scapular depression (the anti-shrug) in a hanging position. Squeezing a t-shirt to help my client maintain her midline from toes up. Firm full grip. Creating that hollow body position (core/glute brace) and doing scap depression, and controlling the return back into a shrug/scap elevation. .
