Beautiful job on that mantal. That looks a lot like the one my wife made to go around a fireplace we had in a rented condo. When we moved, we took it with us and I cut a sheet of plywood to fit in the back and she painted it like bricks and it looked so real that when we sold the house it was in the building inspector failed it as a fireplace saying it was too shallow. We had to lay it flat on the floor before he believed it was not real
