Hello, a local mechanic is doing the timing chain on my car and I noticed he removed the crank hub bolt without using the crank hub lock tool, so basically removed the bolt just like that .. can you also do that? Kind of worried about that

I was really worried it would snap off the engine stand or something. Very dramatic!
