I do not know how to embed the Paypal button into Google Forms. I know how to ad the paypal button link, under the presentation section. Where are the HTML sections in the form located? I really would like to add a second submit button but I don't think it is possible. My next option is to embed the button. I already have a link in the presentation section, that I need to stay there. Can you help?
