“See every parent with addiction is a child getting whatever the world give her”
Love how he phrased that.

This song got me sober and helped me get my kids back! Listening to it again with my having 3 years sober and having custody back of my kids. It still hits me! The power of addiction and the love for our kids is a war. Going back and forth with trying to do right! Thank God I chose life!!! Thank you for this powerful song❤️❤️

Here's my testimony... Alittle over 2 years ago my daughter then 7 showed me this song and video. She had no idea I was an addict at least not consciously. God broke me. I had nothing left inside me God used this song to wake me up. I'm over 2 years sober from meth. Before meth was pills and the methadone clinic. Craziest thing I only heard this song one maybe 2 times didn't know the artist didn't know song name and my daughter now 9 played it on the way home from school today and I felt God put it in my heart to share my testimony. We do recover. God can bring you back. He brought Jesus back from the dead and the same spirit that raised Him from the dead lives inside us. Anyways I pray for recovery for all addicts. The righteous suffer many afflictions but God delivers us from them all. God bless.

This song literally saved my life, I listened to it as I walked into rehab with every ounce of me wanting to run. Because of this song, I didn’t. 15 months and counting.

Thank you. I can’t explain what I went through or what I put my own babies through. But this song? This song continues to speak to me. Thank you for throwing this at EVERYONE. Thank you. You saved many with this song.

Sad, relatable story.... my mom left me for drugs at a very young age....I don’t understand why this rapper isn’t more famous... He NEEDS a bigger audience .

7 years, 3 months today. My husband and I got clean when I had my daughter. The only thing that could have stopped me was becoming a mom. As selfish and arrogant as I was in addiction, I couldn't do that to my baby. My kids have never seen me high or under the influence, and that is my greatest accomplishment. Opiates took so much from me, I damn sure wasn't going to let them take my kids.

That was deep

"Behind every parent with addiction there's a child getting whatever the world gives em"

I felt that
I still pray for my mom
