Hi, thanks for sharing, i tried your recipe with brown rice (as we only eat brown rice) but some of the rice was not cooked at the end of the cooking time. Would you have any suggestions to get the rice cooked thoroughly? Does adding more water helps?

I always have difficulties. Rice either half cook or burned at the bottom. Besides that the pumpkin & rice became tasteless. Pumpkin also cant be seen once I mix the rice up. Anyway thanks for the receipy.
