Several years ago my church choir performed this piece. I found it challenging, yet gratifying. The end result was well worth the hard work we did during rehearsals.

This is one of the most unique and wonderful performances of this masterpiece I have heard. The prominence of the harpsichord is truly enchanting, and the sopranos are in celestial company, and the baroque instruments, oboe, trumpet and theorbo add to the charm of this performance.

Vivaldi inspired J.S. Bach, to compose some of the most beautiful music ever written. In his final days, Bach said: "Don't cry for me, for I go where Music was born".
In his mind, and in true truthfulness, Music - with its harmony and its counterpoints - is the true language of the Universe...
