Released around 1989, Freedom Connection was an wireless infrared transmitter joystick that turns into a remote control joystick. Improves playability of game pad. It adapts any controller for wireless operation. You plug either the NES controller, NES dogbone controller/3rd party controller or the NES Zapper in there into a long-range wireless unit adaptor box which can be clipped to a belt or worn around your neck. This device allows you to have a wireless controller without having to but a new unit. Automatic rapid or manual fire will help improve your scores. Play 1 and 2 player games. It also play 2 player simultaneous games with 2 units. It also makes the NES Zapper light gun into a remote control gun. It requires 4 AAA batteries. 2 player simultaneous games as Nintendo World Cup and Bad News Baseball can’t be played as 2 players unless both players have their own transmitter. Camerica generally makes better than average both licensed and unlicensed accessories, and the Freedom Connection is no exception to that rule. With Camerica's name on it chances are that it’s also a licensed accessory. This was licensed by Nintendo for play on the Nintendo Entertainment System, bearing the Official Nintendo Seal of Quality, and it said "Nintendo Compatible"! What else is going to work on it?

You know this thing is rare when this is the only video about it on youtube and it only has 521 views.
