Before downloading print, do I need to remove the background color? I'm using a black background since I will be printing on a Black T-shirt. Didn't know if I need to keep that or remove it or select transparent background when downloading.

Hi, can you tell me if I should flip the text in my design? I’ve heard that these designs are transferred from foil. If we print the design onto the foil and then press it onto the fabric, the text will appear as a "mirror image." Is that true? I didn’t notice you flipping the text in your video.

Help - I would like design size to be 9.5 x 9” what would be the pixel number I have to match when downloading? Thanks one thing that I am having issues is I dont know if its possible to actually inputting size 9.5” x 9”, i am resizing by using the corner box, but cant make it to stop at 9”, grrrr frustrated twice. LOL. pls help
