E = 0.5 * 500 * 2.7^2 = 1822 J that is about half of one watt hour (3600 J) so this capacitor can only store half a watt hour. A decent lead acid battery you can buy for same price as two of these builds is 70 Ah or 12 * 70 equals 840 watt hour. Please correct me if I am wrong. How many of these units do you want to make?

You did go stream 😆 on your tests but this is 2.7v at 25000farads not 12volts super capacity for sure I have tested on 14v -12v it depends where you want to make use of it
