If I was ever building our own house I would for sure go with SIP Construction. New Zealand has a company that makes these panels however there pretty dam spendy..

I framed for a few years, my wife and I want to build a home but it is so expensive to pay someone now. Could the average person with no experience with sips put up a single story home or would I still likely need to hire it done?

How do you repair it if it gets wet? Osb gets wet and sponge. Can you finance a sip house?
