Your website has been a tremendous source of information and relief techniques following breast cancer surgery and radiation. Like so many other of your videos, you clearly explain and show exercises I can do to relieve pain. I have recommended your site to other breast cancer fighters & survivors. Cancer rehab therapy should definitely become part of a breast cancer patient's total recovery plan. Thank you so much, Kelly.

Thank you Kelly- Still doing my 10 minutes of stretching exercises each night, almost 4years after my diagnosis. Doing them at bedtime, on my bed, has been succesfull to me for building this self-care habit. I must say that after 2 years I stopped completely, only to find myself with pain after a few months. These stretching exercises will be part of my night time routine for my whole life. They keep me with very minimal pain. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation 🧡

I am lucky to have a therapy place where I live that provides OT and PT specially for breast cancer rehab! It has been amazing for my recovery! Love these exercises too!!

Outstanding as always!! I watch all of your videos Kelly because they are useful for other reasons too. As you said, many of us have postural issues. In my case, these stretches help open my shoulder spaces and markedly relieve the “-itis” pain occurring there.

What you do is wonderful and your patients are fortunate to have you. Btw, someone’s very pretty hair is getting really long! 😉 It looks great and looks great shorter too.

Thanks for the hard work Kelly! I hope you’re having a good summer.

Thank you Kelly. I have primary LO since birth then BC twice on same side. Currently (self) compression wrapped and using a pump. Working on mobility and maintaining skin health are important. Limited therapists where i am. Your videos give me options.

Let me start by saying your videos are consistently great for both production quality and content and I'm so grateful for the resource you provide. However, could I make an offer/request: seated or chair-based versions of ALL stretches. SO MANY of us cannot get down on the floor, even if we have the space. (And I'd wager not many of us have massage tables free standing in our homes. A bed isn't always a reliable option either. And we're not always at home as well.) Also, there are many of us who cannot lay flat, also for medical reasons. Having alternate options at least discussed if not shown would be beneficial for those of us who need to make adjustments but aren't sure if that'll still remain effective. And for me, personally, being told to put my hands behind my head or neck & having my elbows enclosing my head/face at any point is a trauma trigger in addition to being painful for my hands/wrists due to medical issues with those as well. It's super frustrating to look at a lot of this and know I can't do that in my space, consistently or without seriously aggravating another issue, but also not know how best to safely adjust. Seeing the things I can't do so often is depressing and not supportive of motivation to keep trying. Also, I'd LOVE to see you do some videos discussing the potential pros/cons of using a massage gun (there are milder heads/speeds than most people immediately think of with these devices, curious if vibration plates are good, would a massage gun also have beneficial applications?), TENS/EMS use or even massage therapy in general (are there modalities beyond targeted MLD that could be helpful, what to do/not do or to discuss with a massage therapist if you're getting "normal" or deep tissue massages for relaxation or other issues etc. Thank you for considering my feedback and for the work you do. So very many of us cannot access sufficient personal/local providers (the staffing shortages and insurance barriers are significant) and the need for this solid, experienced information is (sadly) greatly needed.

I have a question not related to this video. Can I use any compression sleeves bought online?
2 years ago went through surgery for breast cancer and after had chemo, radiotherapy. Around 2-3 months ago noticed that my right arm is getting swollen. I knew that it might be lymphydima. It took me ages to get an appointment with GP who referred me to physiotherapy. Meanwhile I was trying to get in touch with my breast clinic after 3 weeks trying I got seen but they say they will refer me to lymphydima clinic. After waiting another 3 weeks I got an appointment booked for October.
What shall u do until October? My hand is still swollen and I am afraid that it will get worse.
Last 2-3 months I do lots of exercise and watched so many videos ( mostly your videos) do everything what you show. Please respond to my comment, is that OK if I use a compression sleeves from online? I really don't want that my hand get swollen I am already dealing with mental health and seeing my hand in this condition makes things worse.
