A note to others who are looking at purchasing Dyson vacuums. The products are amazing. I have loved my V10 Cyclone. However, it has an issue with charging and running and I have been unable to reach anyone at Dyson to determine what the issue is. Their customer service phone line has waits of more than 70 minutes and ultimately never answers. Their service centers also have long waits on the phone with no answer. So if you are not near a service center, good luck if you need service for your machine. I've ordered parts to attempt to fix myself but no clue as to what the actual issue is. I have also ordered a Shark vacuum given the experience with Dyson. Keep in mind before you buy, this is a multi million dollar company with virtually no customer service.

I sent my wireless vacuum cleaner to service due to a trigger problem. After the repair was completed, the product was delivered to me by courier in a crashed manner. During the video calls, it was determined that the device was pulsed. In the callback made by Dyson, it was stated that the impact did not prevent use and the service was terminated. In other words, I sent the device, which I had purchased at a high price and used with care, to the service in good condition and received it back damaged. It was delivered to me in a pulverized form for me to use. If you need technical service, either get it delivered by hand or don't need it at all. They sent the cargo that I delivered from home to my workplace without asking. The service department may be understaffed due to increased sales. I've had constant problems since the day I bought it. When I first bought it, it was not possible to install the parts sent and they had to send a new one. My problems are endless. I request that the damaged part of my pulsed device be replaced and I hope that my complaint will be taken into consideration and responded to.

I am waiting for a complete product customized for car cleaning from Dyson. Unfortunately, the car cleaning heads of current cordless vacuum cleaners do not do the job well. A powerful product that can stand in the vehicle, can be charged in the vehicle, suitable for cleaning surfaces inside the vehicle...

By the way, I think the variety of cordless vacuums that have been released one after the other recently is confusing users. While we used to have a clearer variety of products, now things are a bit confusing.

I would say produce more vacuums with a cord, I can't believe how many disposed Dyson batteries I find. I bought a corded Dyson and used it for years without having to think about the battery.

Terrible customer service. There is a huge problem with poor manufacturing. The red lever you pull up to empty the vacuum gets stuck. This is the second dyson I swapped over. The other lasted two weeks. So the second was not tested for this problem as I requested it was. All I had was the poirest customer service on chat I have ever experienced. I was unable to upload a picture as that functionality did not work. I asked to speak ti a manager and had to explain. 17 times I cant upload on this chat site Then we cant help you and replace this. I told them over and over it was poir manufacturing as the previous one and not tested. I now have to claim from my credit card and prchase a different vaccum. My mother had four faulty dysons not even used as badly made with the same issue befire she got a tested replacement on the V8. I then found out from the courier that new dysons are being replaced at an akarming rate due to poor manufacturing...particularly that red lever Since Dyson moved to Asia the quality is poor and the call center discusting. There is no customer care. Shocking.

Use a V11 it’s terrible wont pick up anything unless on boost mode so only lasts 15 mins max on full charge it stops & says filter blocked so emptying even though filter clean & nothing blocking & hardly any dirt in it. Worst hoover ever🤬🤬🤬 And a total waste of money
Thankfully kept my Dc04 thank god it practically lifts my carpets the suctions still so good & over 20 years old 👍

Hey Dyson, when are are you going to make the worlds quietest Vacuum cleaner? Stop wasting time focusing on stronger suction, my dyson from 30years ago which is still working, is already to strong, I would be scared of having no carpets left if I bought a newer Dyson lol.

I just received my dyson V15 detect absolute cordless and the parts dont fit together. The main vacuum does not fit the stick they sent with it. No one answers in customer service. I have been on deadrot for 30 minutes. I knew I should have bought through costco or home depot.
