Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are facing off in several legal battles. The “Gossip Girl” alum filed a lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director in December, accusing him of an alleged smear campaign and allegedly sexually harassing her. He followed that up by suing the New York Times for libel, suing the news outlet for $250 million for reporting “false” allegations against him. Then on Dec. 31, Blake filed another lawsuit against Justin and Wayfarer Studios, Access Hollywood confirms. Now, Access Hollywood is talking to legal analyst and trial attorney, Misty Marris, about the lawsuits and she reveals why Blake has the stronger claims at the moment. Plus, she explains how the interviews Justin and Blake did while promoting “It Ends With Us” could be used in trial.

If you read his filing his side provided texts that basically show she lied, distorted and exaggerated things. So cruel that she demanded Sony not allow him at his own premiere, only letting him later with list of conditions, like he and his family were confined to the basement until she left and they also had to view the film in another theater. He wasn’t allowed to be on the movie poster and no credit in “a film by…”. I will never support anything she or her egotistical husband is in.

I'm in law, and every single thing that Blake has said about him that has been introduced into the news has been taken out of context. As far as I'm concerned he's completely innocent. If I were them I would work it out and move on. Actors, producers and directors jump from movie to movie. Just move on to the next movie. Before your careers are irretrievable. This is all turning out like the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard case. Just move on.
