How can I do a view in MVC, where I have a option to select filter to report in Crystal Report

I have one list the reportes an option the country and state

Them, I want select one report for all country, once country, all state o one state for country

But now I have a problem. When designing the report you can only use 1 dataset. Can't you use multiple datasets?
