Try These Methods
:
• Try to connect to the internet using your mobile hotspot, once logged in, switch back to wifi. (Which work for me)
• Login using user ID instead of an Email address
• VPN
• Connect using your mobile tethering Hotspot or mobile USB network, it can be connected through your USB cable.
• Delete Origin/EA cache file and reinstall the launcher

i found out that
while using vpn it only works for some countries. try ireland, UK, Spain. There are many more but it should work on any one of these. so connect to one of these countries
