As a former Tesla Master Technician, I can confirm.
I believe you get more options if you are in a Tesla Service Center Geo-Fence.
It’s been 2 years since I left so things change a lot and quickly!

Calibrating the STEERING should not be an option. If a steering assembly is anything other than purely mechanical, I'm not trusting it.

I highly recommend to not mess with the thermal tab in the service menu. You can cause damage to your cooling system and permanently disable your hvac

Tesla also uploaded all service manuals. I think they’ve already moved towards right to repair and actually allow you to do quite a bit at home now. Anything not related to the battery basically!

That's just the diagnostic menus. Think of it like OBD2 communication. You can't change the ECU settings, but it'll give you all diagnostics, basic tests and error code storage. That menu is what tesla repair services use for diagnostics.

I just want to say, that I wouldn't recommend anyone fiddling around in this menu, it's service menu for a reason do keep it at that and this comes from a technician. Somewhere inside of there's something hopping Tesla see's this
