First Kensington Ave. video I've watched in probably over a year. The only thing that's changed is the faces of the hopeless souls lost in addiction. Most of the addicted people I saw last year are probably gone from this world and the suffering in this dismal place. The same piles of litter and trash on the street and sidewalks. The endless circle of hopelessness will look the same again in a year from now. Hopefully a few have beat the addictive demons that keep them here and have moved on.

This hell on earth needs strong social policies and changes in laws that allow drug trafficking with lethal weapons to be dealt with, and the penalties for their commercialization, even at a strong cost to the country's economy! Less money for political wars abroad, and more resources to fight drug trafficking and clean up the country!

Its what they want, no government is to blame. If they want to be helped they could be. They choose drugs its their mental health issues. Most people don't choose this, but some do. And they won't be helped until they help themselves. They are trapped in their minds and in the addiction. What can you do to make them live different. No one is to blame but them. It is what it is.
