In this room seen at 12:43 there is a prop above the entry doorway. Tall guy can get it. Rat target.

BTW just as a heads up. I noticed a repetitive pattern of there being at least 2 capsules per room so I'd thoroughly check these rooms since I noticed that in minedive, he got the ghost capsule but didn't get the rat one that was in either the same room or the other one

You actually missed a capsule in the card room in the wishing well, it was hidden on a ledge up and behind you.
I think it was the Guitar, but I opened it as I fell down, so I didn't see the pop-up text.

Found a Target Rat capsule on Minedive room 1 ( above the door )

Trying to find most of them on my own, but I just spent like an hour trying to find a key card or a door in Monogan Motorway but it seems like there isn't one on that level.

Just something funny I found out... you can pretty much use a sledgehammer for everything except turrets, it will one tap them (this works with one hand)
So feel free to decimate the guard guys

in mine dive in room 1 theres a capsule above the entrance of the blue room

There should be a capsule in a toilet but the catch is you have to use the plunger right beside it to get the capsule out hint hint stress level zero
