Do ring rows like THIS to build your pull-ups!

Ring rows are one of those exercises that are pretty simple but I see frequently done with poor technique.

If you are using these to build up to your first pull-up then you need to take extra care to perform them properly!

Make sure that you are setting your heels at a place that allows you to maintain a planked body and packed shoulder throughout the full range of motion.

I wasn't expecting this to be that effective, I'm used to trained at the Gym but had just a street workout parc during vacations and my back was so sore the next day after doing this, and it's not easy, last reps were painful

I do these with feet on the bench, just like my ring push ups..

and it's ok to maintain the rings parallel to the bar (palms facing to the front)?
