Hi black Shark Team,
I have this item and I can't install the app I keep getting an error message ''Error code09'' I already used the bar code on a black shark 1 global rom phone back then (which works until now) but now that I have another new black shark 1 this on china rom I get the error Code09. Is it because only one phone can install the app? Need help I can't find anything about the error code.

After Joy UI 11 i cant install the apps, it's keep telling me apps not installed ...please update the apps sir...it's a waste if i cant use the cooling fan, beacuse i like the grip for playing games soo confortable for handheld

Sadly it doesn't have the "powerfull cooling" feature. On freeze mode it's quite loudy, and instead of cooling the phone it actually makes it warmer. :/ In World of Kings the max temp without the case I get is around 39 celsius. with the case it's 43. While it's I expected much better performance. But the truth is, the case and the idea itself is 5 point. But the product it self has a too small ventillator. We need the same ventillator size as the Funcoolers. Also, the back material which "touches" the phone is not the same as the one on the Funcoolers. That material is way better for cooling, cools down way faster and greater. No wonder it's better. They screwed up the product when it should've been groundbreaking, not just for Black Shark phones, but of every phone! Even other gaming phones too. I really hope they will release a greater universal Cooling Case sometime.
