also the room temperature is 10 degrees celsius, here the room temperature is 30 degrees celsius, it would be good to test this device in black shark itself by playing a PUBG game for at least half an hour and show how the battery temperature was, for example, it would be an excellent video.

It's a thermocouple peltier device. The temp would be more like 10 degree Celsius if the room temp was a more realistic 30 degree Celsius.

This is basically a Thermoelectric Generator, which creates a temperature difference between one hot plate and the other cold plate, which is determined by the current polarity flow. The higher the power (voltage), the bigger the temperature difference.

I want to attached a small fan and a power bank so I can have a portable air conditioner with me at all times.

13.9 degree fall in 10 minutes. That's impressive considering it was made to cool from 10 degree. Fall in temperature would even be greater if tested with initial 30 degrees. That's thermodynamics
