Aldi Hack: Vegan 🍫 Brownies à la mode 🍦

In this video I'll be showing you how to make vegan brownies AND vegan ice cream from ingredients I only bought at Aldi.
Ingredients:
Vegan Brownies 01:15
• 2 tbsp milled flax
• 6 tbsp water (for making flax egg)
• 4 bars chocolate
• 2 tbsp coffee
• 1 cup water (for brewing coffee)
• 2/3 cup oil
• 1 box brownie mix
Nice Cream (with Cherries) 04:43
• 2 bananas
• 1 cup coconut mylk
• 2 cherries
Method (brownies)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Make flax egg by combining milled flax and water (set aside for 15 minutes)
3. Brew coffee with your preferred method
4. Chop up your chocolate into chunks
5. Combine brownie mix, flax egg, oil, and coffee. Mix until the ingredients are just combined (don't over mix!)
6. Fold the chocolate chunks into the batter
7. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper & spread batter in evenly
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until you can stick the center with a knife and it comes out clean
Method (nice cream)
1. Cut 2 bananas into 4 pieces each
2. Freeze bananas for at least 4 hours
3. Add frozen bananas to a food processor along with 1/2 cup of coconut mylk
4. Blend for 2-3 minutes
5. Add the rest of the coconut mylk and continue to blend until bananas are completely smooth
Serve:
1. Add nice cream to a bowl
2. Top with brownie & cherry
3. Add any additional toppings you'd like
