I shoot on a full frame camera these days (A Canon R8), but I miss the days when people would see my pictures and ask what gear I was using back when I had a T6. Always felt good to let someone know I was taking better pictures than them on worse gear.

That being said, I reached a point where that camera was limiting me and needed to upgrade. But it took years of getting good at photography before I truly needed a new camera.

You can buy image quality (megapixels), but you cannot buy quality images. (Composition, framing, lighting, and storytelling)

Keep up the great work- you’re an inspiration to APS-C and budget shooters everywhere 🙏

I got my a6400 two weeks ago and been editing video and photos on Lightroom! I’m slowly getting better 🤙🏼 can’t wait to get my hands on that sigma 30mm f1.4 lens

I’m still shooting with my camera that I bought in 2018, using a6000 with sigma 30mm 1.4 and Sony 18-105 f4. I’ve learned so much with this small setup, but I’ll eventually upgrade to full frame

I started shooting on a a6300 with the 50mm f1.8 and learned alot with the set up it really doesnt matter what camera you have if youre composition and exposure is right you can get amazing pics without a crazy set up altough if you upgrade to a better camera later on you can get even nicer pics i just bought a hasselblad with a 45mm f4 for 2500$ and the details you get from a camera like this is just mind blowing it also helps alot if you cant get the exposure 100% right

I Also have a A6400 and a Sigma 30mm 1.4f lens. That only cost me around $1300 AUD together. Then cage was $64

To be honest. I bought a a6300 3 years ago and only used it for a week on a trip to Thailand. Then I switched back to my canon 5d mark iii full frame. After seeing ur shorts a week ago I admired compactablity even more.
