When Uncle Bob was working on our chicken house roof back in the 50's, he thought it was hot enough to fry an egg. We were in Illinois, not in a desert. The roof was green, not black. The egg still fried. We're always a victim of our assumptions. I really appreciate the lectures.

Don't forget the frying pan. A parabolic reflective mirror will cook the egg and the road. Especially at the local meridian noon when the sun is directly overhead. The car will make a better stove than the road but the egg does a fair job of removing paint...Always consequences.
