Manitowoc high pressure cutout

I have on loads of manitowoc with hpco issue. I have clean the condenser, ensure the fan is running freely and still the machine goes into hpco. I believe this is a manitowoc fault that has been correct in the ntx model. However i have on occasion unplug the machine after clearing the error log and the machine return to normal working.
Sometime you turn on the machine and it goes straight into hpco.
Another solution is to remove the side panel to allow better cooling.
I currently maintain about 60 machine

HPCO is usually caused by the following. The most common being a condenser fan motor, or a weak motor run capacitor. Secondly a fan cycling switch . Third a dirty condenser not sure if you checked it . T4 sensor failing is could be due to high head pressure, higher than normal evaporator outlet temperature . Even room temperature could be a big factor . Good video 👍🏼

Ive worked on manitwoc for years and tech support will always tell you thermistors wont cause functional errors. However the HPC is likly due to the fan motor or the compressor
