Just tell me that is the shoulder alignment pertinent to the driver only or also for the irons ?

So when I’m off on my driver it will typically start straight for the first 200 and then goes right like 40yards, hits the ground with side spin and bounces right another 10 yards. Is that a situation where my face is square to target, but my path is out > in? Could it be shoulders?
